So Nielsen Audio's ratings are now "hackable"?!? How is this anything less than a scandal? It's like Michael Lewis' expose on high frequency traders rigging the system.

While I don't agree with how Arbitron and now Nielsen is closed mouth about this, on the other side you now have a company extorting money out of desperate programmers and GM's with another black box. Nobody should have to pay for an advantage in the ratings.
